As 2025 fades, we are closed for shipping from Wednesday December 24th until Monday January 5th. The web store remains open during this time, however orders will commence shipping once we return to work on Monday January 5th.
Email will be monitored during this period for queries however and we will respond as quickly as we can but please bear in mind that it is a holiday period.
If you have a query regarding your order and its delivery to you, if you have not selected tracking on checkout then you will not get door to door tracking and due to the time of year, delays are unfortunately a part of the mechanics of the situation.
