Please be aware when ordering items that are “pre-order” titles. Including these with your order will delay the shipment of your order until the title is in stock. Orders are normally processed, packaged and shipped within 12-24 hours of them being submitted. During higher order volume periods the processing time may be slightly longer. Please email us if you have any query regarding the status of your order.


All orders are packaged to eliminate damage done to the item(s) ordered. Vinyl is bubble wrapped in cardboard with extra corner protection to ensure absolutely no damage is done to the sleeve. Vinyl is packaged outside the sleeve as well. In the cases of multiple vinyl ordered, the same packing method applies and vinyl is double and in some cases triple boxed to maximise protection.


All shipping is done through If you require a tracking number for any order that does not fall under the An Post Special Rate Shipping category when checking out, you must email us to specify that tracking is to be added and the cost of this is €5.10 per order. We especially recommend that customers outside Europe (with the exceptions of Italy and Greece), USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand avail of registered shipping for orders up to 2 kilos to ensure they can track their parcels at all time and be sure of receiving them.

All orders up to 2kg worldwide* are sent via regular airmail unless track and trace is requested and paid for. (*Not including Ireland and the UK.)

Orders between 1kg and 30kg to the Republic of Ireland costs €7 and orders between 1kg and 30kg to the UK costs €8 including track and trace.


All our products are stored safely, cleanly and securely in a non smoking environment on suitable shelving and in suitable containers for their protection


Due to the nature of our business we sometimes receive goods with minor damage such as scuff marks on CDs or corner dings on records. Where we can, we will add this info to the product description so the customer is aware. In the event of receiving an item that is not mint, please notify us and we will resolve the issue accordingly. If you receive a package that has clearly been damaged by the postal service, please take photos of it before opening it and also when it is opened. It is your responsibility to report the damage to your postal service. Please email us the photos and we will also lodge an official complaint with An Post for the damaged parcel. We are not liable for the intentional mishandling of parcels by the postal service and we endeavour to ensure that the contents will be saved from any damage by packing them correctly.


Returns  and shipping costs are not accepted unless the error is our responsibility (i.e. the wrong shirt size or wrong product was sent). If you receive a shirt that you ordered but does not fit and wish to swap it, shipping for the return and the outward order are your responsibility.


Periodically an item ordered might be out of stock. In the unlikely case of this occurring you will be offered a full refund for the product including  the shipping cost or you will be entitled to choose an alternate item.


Methods of payment are PayPal, credit card via PayPal Express (you do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal Express) and bank transfer. All prices are inclusive of 23% VAT (Value Added Tax). No tax is added on at checkout.


The Invictus Productions office is visit-able Monday – Friday between 9am & 6pm or by appointment via email in the evening/at weekends if you wish to purchase items.
